Where is the facility located?
Our self-storage facility is located at 459 Broadway, Buffalo, NY 14204. We’re minutes away from downtown Buffalo.
How is the facility laid out?
Buffalo Storage is a multi-story building with elevator access to the upper floors. Moving carts are availble for tenants to use.
What is climate-controlled storage?
Climate control allows you to keep your items safe and away from the elements while in storage. Units with climate control provide a consistent temperature and humidity year-round, protecting your belongings from extreme weather.
Why get a climate-controlled unit?
Standard storage units are often enough for things that you would keep in your basement or garage. However, you should consider getting a climate-controlled unit if you have items you’d like to protect from the temperature and humidity. Some of these items may include furniture, electronics, fabrics, office documents, and more.

What are your office and access hours?
Our business hours are every day from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are always accessible via phone, and if our services are required outside of these hours just give a call and we will help to address your needs.
Our standard access hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
How do I get started?
Whether you’ve used self-storage before or you’re new to this convenient way of keeping items secure, you can do everything you need by just giving us a call. How do you keep my items safe?
Our self-storage facility is equipped with perimeter fencing, gated access, video surveillance, and plenty of secure storage units. You can rest assured your belongings are safe even while you’re away from your rental.
Are possessions in storage covered under insurance?
It is a requirement that all items stored within the facility are insured. We offer affordable Tenant Protection Plans for our clients. We also accept coverage that tenants have in place through their homeowners or renters insurance policy.
